We open every day, and the comal is already hot. If you're heading down Louetta toward 249 or the Grand Parkway, we're the stop that gets you fed without a drive-through line.
Every taco is made to order. The tortillas are warmed right before serving, the eggs are scrambled when you order — not held in a pan for hours. That's the difference you taste, and it's why folks in Klein and Spring have been coming back since 2003.

A few worth knowing about
- Chorizo and egg. The house favorite. Rich, a little spicy, holds together well if you're eating in the truck.
- Machacado. Machacado scrambled with egg — a classic you won't find at a chain.
- Potato and egg. Simple and filling. Add a scoop of our salsa verde and it's a different taco entirely.
- Migas. Order it as a plate. Crispy tortilla strips folded into the eggs, served with beans and potatoes.

We do a lot of bulk breakfast taco orders for job sites, church groups, and offices around Spring and Klein. Large orders are welcome — call (281) 374-0303 ahead so we can have everything ready when you arrive.

Breakfast tacos are ready as soon as we open each morning, and served all day, so you can order one at 2 PM if that's what you're after.
How much is a breakfast taco?
Corn tortilla is $3.25, flour is $3.50. A full breakfast plate with potatoes, beans and tortillas is $10.95.
Can I call ahead for pickup?
Yes. Call (281) 374-0303 and we'll have it wrapped and ready. Large orders welcome with a little notice.
